Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager for Shell & Core to lead field oversight of sitework, foundations, and building envelope on a large-scale data center project in the United States.

You will coordinate with general contractors, design teams, and project stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance. The role requires 7+ years in construction management on complex, large-scale projects, with data center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive construction management on large-scale projects.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical construction is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day construction management and field oversight for core and shell scope, including sitework, foundations, concrete, structural steel, roofing, exterior envelope, and architectural construction.
• Oversee general contractors and trade partners to ensure activities meet drawings, specs, schedules, safety, and quality requirements.
• Manage shell construction from early site development through closure and turnover to downstream trades.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, sequencing, productivity, and progress against schedule.
• Coordinate with MEP, OFCI, commissioning, quality, safety, and project controls teams to support delivery schedule.
• Identify risks, constructability concerns, field issues, and drive resolution.
• Lead coordination meetings, site walks, and progress reviews with contractors.
