Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to oversee Core, Shell and Tenant Improvement scopes on large-scale data center projects.

You will collaborate with field superintendents, MEP managers and trade partners to deliver building enclosures, structural components and white-space fit-outs on schedule and within budget. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of commercial construction management experience, with at least 2 years on mission critical/large-scale core-shell projects.
• Experience managing building envelope, structural systems, architectural scopes, and tenant interior fit-outs.
• Proficiency in project management software (industry-standard tools listed).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of core, shell, and TI scopes on large data center projects.
• Coordinate handoffs between delivery teams to ensure seamless sequencing.
• Review drawings and specifications to resolve field clashes early.
