Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced crane operator to perform crane operations on heavy construction projects in Springdale, MT. The role requires compliance with safety standards and the ability to execute pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts per project specs.

Candidates must have NCCCO LBC, TLL, and TSS certifications, 5+ years of crane experience, strong load chart knowledge, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of crane operating experience in heavy construction.
• Proven experience with pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
• NCCCO Certifications: LBC, TLL, TSS.
• Strong understanding of load charts, rigging, and lift planning.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Perform pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts according to project specifications
• Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures at all times
• Collaborate with site supervisors and rigging teams to execute lifts accurately
• Identify and resolve issues arising during construction projects
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Travel out of state for 12+ months
