Sharp Spoon Network is seeking skilled cooks for nationwide high-volume culinary operations. You will prepare fresh meals for large-scale deployments, ensuring quality, safety, and consistency across projects nationwide.

Position involves long shifts, travel, lodging provided, and per diem. Expect 12-hour deployment days with a 30/14 rotation and weekly pay, with earnings reflecting overtime and assignment specifics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on cooking in high-volume kitchens.
• Ability to prep complete meals from raw ingredients and follow recipes.
• Experience maintaining quality during peak service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work long deployment shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proteins, vegetables, starches, sauces, and complete meals in high-volume kitchens.
• Follow recipes and production schedules while maintaining flavor, freshness, and consistency.
• Execute professional cooking techniques including grilling, roasting, sautéing, frying, and batch preparation.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, portion control, and proper serving temperatures.
• Work alongside culinary teams in fast-paced deployment environments.
