Job summary

Sharp Spoon Network is seeking skilled cooks for national, large-scale culinary operations, including disaster response and remote-site support. You will prepare fresh meals in high-volume kitchens across the United States, ensuring quality from raw ingredients through service.

Minimum 5+ years in high-volume kitchens, ability to cook in batches, and strong food-safety practices are required. Willingness to travel nationwide, 12-hour shifts on a 30/14 rotation, and driving capability are

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on cooking in high-volume kitchens.
Ability to prepare meals from raw ingredients and execute large-batch cooking.
Experience maintaining quality during high-volume meal service.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel nationwide on a 30/14 rotation.

Responsibilities

Prepare proteins, vegetables, starches, sauces, and complete meals in high-volume kitchens.
Follow recipes and production schedules while maintaining flavor, freshness, and consistency.
Execute professional cooking techniques (grilling, roasting, sautéing, frying, batch preparation).
Maintain food safety, sanitation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
Work with culinary teams in fast-paced deployment environments.
