Job summary

Sharp Spoon Network is seeking a Traveling Cook for nationwide assignments. You will cook in high-volume kitchens, follow recipes and schedules, and rotate through different stations across diverse deployments. Expect travel 30 days on, 14 days off, with lodging and company-paid travel where applicable.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of culinary experience, are comfortable in fast-paced teams, and can travel nationwide. Per diem is provided during deployments and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional culinary experience.
• Hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen with high-volume production.
• Ability to travel nationwide for extended deployments (approx. 30 days).
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food in high-volume kitchen environments.
• Follow standardized recipes and production schedules.
• Work at grill, sauté, fry, prep or other production stations.
• Support large-volume meal preparation and service; ensure quality and portions.
