Job summary

Sharp Spoon Network is recruiting experienced professional cooks for large-scale culinary operations across the United States.

Expect 12-hour shifts on deployments, lodging provided, weekly pay, and $18/hour base with overtime; per diem $45 daily during deployments; approx 30 days on /14 off.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in high-volume kitchens, ability to batch cook from raw ingredients, and willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on cooking in high-volume kitchens.
• Ability to prepare meals from raw ingredients and batch cook.
• Maintain quality and consistency during high-volume meal service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel nationwide (30/14 rotation).

Responsibilities

• Prepare proteins, vegetables, starches, sauces, and complete meals in high-volume kitchens.
• Follow recipes and production schedules while maintaining flavor, freshness, and consistency.
• Execute professional cooking techniques, including grilling, roasting, sautéing, frying, and batch preparation.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, portion control, and proper serving temperatures.
• Work alongside culinary teams in fast-paced deployment environments.
