Sharp Spoon Network is seeking an experienced Traveling Cook to support high-volume culinary operations nationwide from Corpus Christi, TX. This role requires hands-on cooking across large-scale kitchens with strict quality and safety standards.

You will deploy on 30/14 rotations, work 12-hour shifts, receive lodging, travel coverage, and a $45 daily per diem. Weekly pay is issued, and overtime opportunities boost earnings during long deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on cooking in high-volume kitchens.
• Ability to prepare complete meals from raw ingredients in large batches.
• Experience maintaining quality during high-volume service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel nationwide on a 30/14 rotation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proteins, vegetables, starches, sauces, and full meals in high-volume kitchens.
• Follow recipes and production schedules while maintaining flavor, freshness, and consistency.
• Apply professional cooking techniques, including grilling, roasting, sautéing, frying, and batch preparation.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, portion control, and proper serving temperatures.
• Work alongside culinary teams in fast-paced deployment environments.
