Job summary

Sharp Spoon Network is seeking seasoned cooks for nationwide, high-volume operations across the United States. You will prepare fresh, quality meals in large-volume kitchens during deployments.

Candidates should have 5+ years’ hands-on cooking, the ability to execute batch cooking from raw ingredients, and a strong commitment to food safety. Lodging, per diem, and weekly pay are provided.

Expect 12-hour shifts on a 30/14 rotation and company-paid travel; deployment schedules vary by assignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on professional cooking in high-volume kitchens.
• Ability to prepare complete meals from raw ingredients and follow recipes.
• Experience maintaining quality during high-volume service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work 12-hour rotations (30/14).

Responsibilities

• Prepare proteins, vegetables, starches, sauces, and complete meals in high-volume kitchens.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to maintain flavor and freshness.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, portion control, and proper serving temperatures.
• Work alongside culinary teams in deployment environments.
• Adapt to fast-paced, changing deployment timelines.
