Sharp Spoon Network is recruiting Traveling Kitchen Assistants for a national leader in disaster response and large-scale culinary operations. You will work with professional chefs, supporting high-volume breakfasts, lunches, and dinners across the country, with lodging provided and overtime eligibility.

This role requires at least one year of fine-dining experience and a strong sense of reliability. Selected candidates will travel on assignments, enjoy weekly pay, and receive a $45 daily per

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional fine-dining experience.
• Hands-on food preparation or kitchen support in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and complete 30-day assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation, portioning, plating, and meal service.
• Prepare ingredients and support high-volume breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workstations.
• Support dishwashing, stocking, food storage, and kitchen setup.
• Follow food safety procedures and work closely with culinary leadership.
