Sharp Spoon Network is seeking experienced, hands-on cooks for nationwide deployment in high-volume culinary operations. You will prepare meals in large-scale kitchens, execute standardized recipes, and ensure flavor, freshness, and presentation under demanding schedules.

Requirements include at least five years of professional cooking in high-volume environments, the ability to work hands-on across various production stations, and strong food-safety knowledge.

Qualificações

• At least five years of hands-on, high-volume professional cooking experience.
• Experience cooking in a professional kitchen.
• Experience producing quality-focused meals in high-volume operations.
• Ability to follow recipes and execute large-batch cooking.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to operate commercial cooking equipment independently.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in large-scale professional kitchen environments.
• Execute standardized recipes while maintaining flavor, seasoning, texture, temperature, and presentation.
• Perform hands-on cooking using techniques such as grilling, roasting, sautéing, frying, baking, and batch preparation.
• Prepare proteins, vegetables, starches, sauces, and other components per production requirements.
• Cook food from raw ingredients when required by the menu.
• Execute large-batch recipes while maintaining quality across hundreds of portions.
• Follow production schedules to support high-volume services.
• Maintain food quality, freshness, and serving temperatures over extended periods.
• Follow portion-control standards without sacrificing quality.
• Work independently at assigned stations while coordinating with others.
• Monitor food preparation and correct seasoning, doneness, texture, or presentation.
