Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read project plans and follow specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules with Project Manager/Estimator.
• Schedule manpower and equipment with dispatcher.
• Coordinate equipment movement and transport.
• Participate in pre-bid and post-job meetings.
• Interface with foreman to track needs and progress.
• Ensure timecards are submitted and coding is correct.
• Review cost sheets for budget compliance.
• Review project startup requirements with foreman.
• Provide feedback to Estimating on progress.
• Maintain oil and fuel supplies for projects.
• Supervise foremen and related staff.
