Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead large heavy civil projects in Utah from planning through closeout. You will coordinate with owners, DOT officials, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires a strong background in alternative delivery methods, extensive field and office oversight, and a proven ability to read plans and manage multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• 15+ years in civil construction with 5+ years in PM/Area Manager roles on heavy civil projects.
• Familiarity with DOT/UDOT project procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and construction schedules to meet milestones.
• Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and control expenditures.
