Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor in Utah to oversee field crews, plan manpower and equipment, and coordinate on-site operations with project teams. Travel to job locations is required as part of daily responsibilities.

You will work closely with the Project Manager/Estimator, foremen, and clients to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining compliance with project plans and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years construction supervisor experience.
• Willing to travel to job locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules with Project Manager/Estimator.
• Schedule projects, manpower and equipment with dispatcher.
• Coordinate equipment movement and transport schedules.
• Attend pre-bid and post-job meetings to review performance.
• Interface with foremen to track progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure timecards, coding, and documentation are accurate.
