Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years excavation/earthwork experience required.
• Previous crew leadership or foreperson experience preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and grades.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce CRH safety policies.
• Supervise daily excavation and site development activities.
• Train and mentor crew members on construction methods and safety.
• Maintain production and quality documentation.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
