Job summary

Staker Parson Companies is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to plan and oversee field operations, coordinating schedules, manpower, and equipment. You will work closely with Project Managers, estimators, and foremen to drive on-time project delivery and profitability while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in construction supervision, the ability to travel, and a strong focus on process and quality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 5 years construction supervisor experience.
Willing to travel to job locations and able to pass background and drug testing.
Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications and cost data.

Responsibilities

Develop project schedules with Project Manager/Estimator.
Schedule manpower and equipment with dispatcher as needed.
Coordinate equipment movement and transport schedules.
Attend project meetings with agencies and customers.
Monitor project progress and profitability against estimates.
Interface with foremen to ensure timely timecards and accurate coding.
Maintain fuel and oil supplies with hot plant operator; review relevant reports.
Supervise foremen and related personnel.
