Staker Parson Companies, a CRH Company, seeks safety-focused apprentices to join our road construction team in Draper, UT. You will work under experienced professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to field tasks and supporting daily crew operations.

Responsibilities include raking, site cleanup, basic equipment operation, and assisting mechanics. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with valid driver's license and willingness to learn essential skills on the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Shoveling and raking materials.
• Sweeping and site cleanup.
• Steam cleaning.
• Painting.
• Tire work.
• Assisting mechanics with basic tasks.
• Lifting, pushing, and pulling materials and tools.
• Operating small equipment as trained.
