Traveling Construction Superintendent
Southeast U.S. | Ground-Up Commercial Projects
A rapidly growing commercial general contractor with a strong presence throughout the Southeast is seeking several Traveling Superintendents to support an expanding portfolio of retail, automotive, convenience store, and commercial construction projects. About the Role

• As the Superintendent, you will lead field operations on commercial construction projects ranging from $500K to $5M, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Projects consist primarily of: Ground-up retail developments, Auto parts stores, Convenience stores and fuel stations, Automotive service and collision centers, Commercial and office facilities, Restaurant and quick‑service restaurant (QSR) projects, and Select renovation and remodel work
• This role is ideal for a Superintendent who enjoys running lean, fast-paced projects and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a Commercial General Contractor
• Experience managing projects in the $500K to $5M range
• Strong understanding of sitework and building construction
• Experience with ground‑up commercial construction
• Ability to travel throughout the Southeast
• Pre‑Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) experience
• Multi‑site rollout programs
• Projects are located across the Southeast, including: Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Texas
• Project durations generally range from 3-6 months, and employees typically return home on weekends. The company works hard to keep Superintendents assigned as close to home as possible whenever feasible.
• Base Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 (Depending on Experience)
