Elsdon Group, a well-established general contractor in Georgia, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects across the Southeast.

The role focuses on field leadership, safety, schedule management, and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and owners to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
• Strong experience with ground-up construction.
• Experience with restaurant, retail, gas station, or other fast-paced commercial projects.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, schedules, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of a project.
• Experience working for a General Contractor preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast as required.
• Restaurant/QSR construction experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to the client's expectations.

The Role

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial sitework through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.
