Essel is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead high-profile retail projects across the Western United States. You’ll oversee site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence on multi-million-dollar builds.

You’ll collaborate with clients, inspectors, and internal teams, using ProCore and MS Office to document progress and track changes. A proven leader with strong communication will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent or field leader in commercial construction.
• Experience in retail, QSR, fuel stations, hospitality, or open-store remodels.
• Skilled in reading construction documents and navigating complex builds.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily jobsite activity with a focus on safety, compliance, and execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage schedules to meet milestones.
• Facilitate site meetings with clients, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Submit RFIs, track changes, and log daily reports using construction software.
• Ensure quality and schedule adherence with trade partners.
• Oversee clean, professional project closeouts.
