Essel is seeking a construction Foreman / Superintendent to lead mid to large scale projects in California. You will coach subs, maintain schedules, review drawings, and coordinate with design teams and owners.

Applicants should have 5–10 years of construction experience and 3–5 years of supervisory experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Project and Procore. CMAR or Design/Build delivery experience is a plus.
