Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or mission-critical construction.
• Prior experience in data centers and high-reliability facilities is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, specifications, and construction contract documents.
• Strong leadership, organization, time management, and client service skills.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Suite, and Project for field documentation.

Aufgaben

• Travel to/from assigned project sites as needed; some office travel for meetings.
• Manage day-to-day field operations of construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors effectively and efficiently.
• Create and maintain professional interactions with clients, inspectors, and engineers.
• Manage project schedule, including weekly 3-week look-ahead reporting.
• Coordinate trades and supervise all field labor including subcontractors.
• Maintain daily job site safety procedures and JSAs.
• Maintain a daily log of site activities for PM check-ins.
• Maintain site security.
• Coordinate site testing and inspections.
• Perform and report field layout/survey.
• Manage field costs, including labor and materials.
• Participate in weekly job progress meetings.
• Manage close-out and warranty responses with PM.
