The position requires 5-10 years of construction experience, 3-5 years of supervisory leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach subcontractors on safe construction practices.
• Ensure quality by correcting subcontractor deficiencies.
• Maintain project schedule and establish critical path for subs/vendors.
• Facilitate subcontractor coordination with design team and owner.
• Review drawings, specifications and submittals.
• Submit daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates.
