JB Pacific, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent (Microgrid) for full-time, on-site work in San Diego with extensive travel across CA, UT, NV.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of superintendent experience and will lead schedule planning, safety, quality control, and field coordination. Responsibilities include managing the project schedule, coordinating trade partners, ensuring QA, and maintaining digital QC documentation.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Ability to travel 70–100% of the time.
• Procore, Bluebeam and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• P6 schedule management.
• Constructability reviews.
• Management of trade partners, vendors and field personnel.
• Quality assurance.
• Daily reporting.
• Site inspections and material verification.
• As-built documentation.
• Cal OSHA compliance enforcement.
• Extended travel.
• Digital Quality Control Documentation.
