Job summary

JN Beach Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple projects in California and other markets. The role emphasizes construction means and methods, safety, quality, and turnover, with frequent site visits and collaboration with project partners.

Travel is substantial (approximately 75%), and the position requires deep field expertise, coaching abilities, and strong communication to enforce standards and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Extensive general contracting experience with senior field leadership.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive construction experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience with multifamily or comparable commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, scheduling, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership and technical guidance across projects.
• Walk active jobsites to evaluate conditions and enforce standards.
• Identify field issues and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Mentor Superintendents and field teams.
• Promote quality-control and safety practices.
• Coordinate with Office and field teams for project delivery.
