ARCO National Holdings seeks an Project Superintendent to lead field operations from day one, bringing projects to completion on schedule and within budget, and ensuring compliance with project specs. You will coordinate with project managers, architects, and owners to align activities with the master plan.

In this senior field role, you’ll organize crews, manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and report on cost and schedule variances.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with lead superintendent roles
• Experience creating and managing construction schedules
• Willingness to travel within the United States

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information and preplanning details
• Prepare a schedule of construction activities, staffing, and equipment needs
• Direct and control the project to meet specs and schedule efficiently for profitability
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs
