ARCO National Construction seeks a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial design-build projects nationwide. This senior role requires ownership from post-award through completion, directing crews, shaping schedules, and upholding safety and quality.

You will work closely with the project manager to deliver profitable projects, manage subcontractors, and report progress while maintaining clear client communication across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent.
• Willing to travel throughout the United States.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and jobsite execution across all project phases.
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain schedule adherence.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plans and budgets.
• Prepare progress and cost reports as needed.
