ARCO is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead construction operations from day one, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and per specifications. You will organize construction activities, coordinate with the project manager, and oversee safety and quality controls on site.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction, with 5+ years as a lead superintendent on large-scale projects, and demonstrates strong scheduling and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with 5+ years as lead superintendent on jobs ≥100k sq ft.
• Proven experience creating and managing construction schedules.
• Willingness to travel within the United States as needed.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling software.
• Hold a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsabilités

• Attend post-award review to obtain project information and preplanning details.
• Prepare and manage the construction schedule and project organization.
• Direct total construction to meet specs within time and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and integrate with schedules and progress.
• Maintain a daily diary of project facts, events and approvals.
• Prepare progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s safety program.
