Job summary

ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations on construction projects across the country. You will manage schedules, safety, quality, and coordination with subcontractors while ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, deep construction experience, travel nationwide, and the ability to enforce safety and QC policies. Bilingual English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel across the country is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend preconstruction planning and post-award reviews.
• Develop and manage project schedules and resource needs.
• Direct construction activities to meet specs, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and owners/architects.
• Prepare progress and cost reports and review requisitions and invoices.
• Maintain safety and quality control across the project.
