ARCO National Construction, a division of ARCO National Holdings, seeks a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial design-build projects across the United States. The role focuses on owning jobsite execution from post-award through project completion, mentoring subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safety and quality.

You will partner with the project manager to develop schedules, oversee profitability, and coordinate subcontractors while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent.
• Willing to travel throughout the United States.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and jobsite execution across all project phases.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and direct teams to resolve conflicts.
• Attend post-award review meetings to gather project details.
• Develop construction schedule with the project manager, plan manpower and equipment.
• Oversee project to meet specifications, schedule, and profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities within the project timeline.
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Review requisitions, field PO’s, invoices and key project documents.
• Maintain communication with project manager about progress and issues.
• Complete daily reports detailing key project details and approvals.
• Enforce the company safety program across all phases.
• Lead with integrity and uphold company values.
