Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction experience.
• Willing to travel as projects require.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award reviews and receive project details.
• Prepare construction activity schedules and staffing plans.
• Direct the total construction project to meet specs and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure alignment with schedules.
• Maintain daily diary of project facts and decisions.
• Ensure adherence to safety program across all phases.
