Job summary

ARCO National Construction is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial design-build projects across the United States. You will oversee subcontractors, manage schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner with the project manager to deliver successful projects for our clients.

This role requires 5–25 years as a Lead Superintendent, ability to travel nationwide, proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam/MS Excel, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent.
• Willing to travel throughout the United States.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and jobsite execution across commercial and industrial projects.
• Direct teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain project schedules.
• Attend post-award reviews and collaborate with the project manager on scheduling.
• Oversee subcontractor performance to meet specs and profitability.
• Prepare progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
