Job summary

Turner Construction Co. seeks an experienced project leadership professional to support Superintendents and Foremen on multiple projects nationwide.

The role requires travel and will involve overseeing trade labor, recruitment, transfers and layoff decisions. Position reports to the Deputy Operations Manager and Operations Manager, with responsibilities spanning schedule reviews, ROJ date tracking, field issue documentation, RACS development, QA/QC guidance, Self-Perform opportunities and safety

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus ten years related experience or equivalent combination.
Proven written and verbal communications abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Operations Manager for assignment of Superintendent/Foreman positions.
Assign and coordinate trade field assignments with project needs.
Review project schedules and ROJ dates with the project team.
Document field issues impacting budget, quality or schedule.
Provide oversight for development of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
Support QA/QC program implementation and Self-Perform opportunities.
Work with Safety Director to implement BU Safety Program.
Develop logistics plans and schedules during pre-construction and early activities.
