Job summary

Turner Construction Co. is seeking an experienced construction leader to support the Superintendents and Foremen across multiple projects.

You will oversee all trade labor hiring, transfers and layoffs, ensuring alignment with project schedules and ROJ targets. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of related experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, SAP and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of related construction experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office, SAP and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with project needs.
• Support Superintendent during the duration of the job.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foremen to keep ROJ dates on track.
• Document field issues affecting budget, quality or schedule and report to project management.
• Provide oversight for development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
• Guide implementation of the Project QA/QC program.
• Identify projects with Self-Perform opportunities and assist in Self-Perform proposals.
• Manage Self-Perform performance.
• Collaborate with the BU Safety Director to implement the BU Safety Program.
