Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced field operations professional to support Superintendents and Foremen on multiple projects, overseeing trade labor hires, transfers, and layoff activities.

Reports to the Deputy Operations Manager and Operations Manager; requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel 50% or more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten years' related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with including Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with the needs of various projects.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman; ensure ROJ dates are provided to the project management team.
• Document project field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule, and provide to the project management team.
• Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS) and contribute to QA/QC program implementation.
