Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. You will enforce Safety and Quality Control policies and coordinate with project teams to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires directing subcontractors, managing schedules, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress and risks. A strong safety record and ability to travel nationwide are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling software.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in your state.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage field operations to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Enforce all Safety and Quality Control policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain project diary, reports, and cost records.
• Lead job-site meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
