Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent based in Minnesota who is willing to travel. You will oversee field operations, drive project schedules, and ensure work meets contract specs and budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, reviewing progress, maintaining daily records, and enforcing safety. The ideal candidate has 5–15 years in construction, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent, and holds a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years' of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a lead superintendent
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job: standing/walking, lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Attend the post-award review meeting to receive project information and details for preplanning before construction
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and timelines
• Review and approve requisitions, field purchase orders, invoices, and other significant reports
