Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent based in Minnesota who is willing to travel. You will manage administrative tasks and field operations from day one, empowering the project team to complete work on schedule, within budget, and per specifications.

You will lead planning, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality. A minimum 5 years as a lead superintendent and strong scheduling skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years’ of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings and receive project information.
• Prepare construction activity schedules and staffing plans.
• Direct total construction project to meet specs, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure integration with schedules.
• Maintain daily project diary and report progress to management.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs across all phases.
