ARCO/Murray National Construction in Minnesota seeks an experienced Superintendent who is a willing traveler to manage all field operations for projects from day one. You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with project teams and subcontractors to ensure flawless execution.

You will lead site operations, maintain daily records, and report progress to the project manager.

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 as lead superintendent.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend the post-award review meeting to receive project information and details for preplanning.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules.
• Maintain a daily diary recording project facts, events and approvals.
• Lead job site meetings and report progress to the project manager.
