Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a site-based leader to manage complex construction projects from start to finish. You will team with the project manager to plan schedules, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role involves travel to multiple sites and direct interaction with owners and architects. The ideal candidate has extensive field experience, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information.
• Prepare construction activity schedules and staffing plans with the PM.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and integrate with project timelines.
• Inform supervisors/subcontractors of schedule changes promptly.
• Assist in preparing job progress and cost reports.
