Job summary

ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, is seeking a hands-on project leader in Downers Grove, IL to guide construction from preplanning through project closeout. You will direct the total construction effort, manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires 5-25 years of construction experience, OSHA certification, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and scheduling tools, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver''s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award reviews to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Prepare and review job progress and cost reports to reflect actual costs.
• Cooperate with owners, architects, and representatives to maintain progress and quality.
