The position requires a strong background in site earthwork, foundations, structures, and MEP coordination, plus excellent communication. Travel-intensive role with Per Diem and long-term potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher construction management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Safety-focused with ability to manage field crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to ensure safe, timely, profitable completion of projects.
• Plan and supervise construction work for assigned area; coordinate with subcontractors and self-perform teams.
• Manage QA/QC documents, inspection logs, and as-builts; interface with client representatives and architects.
