Job summary

BHS Construction seeks a Traveling Project Superintendent to independently manage assigned projects across locations, including Kansas. You will lead field operations, enforce safety, and drive scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires oversight of subcontractors, coordination with owners and inspectors, and frequent travel with lodging arrangements provided. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of commercial construction with supervision.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to travel and work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project at various locations, including Kansas.
• Oversee field operations ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget compliance.
• Lead and mentor junior staff and interns.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination.
• Liaise with owners, architects, inspectors, and project team.
• Support mobilization/demobilization and project closeout.
