Job summary

Global Technical Talent is seeking a Construction Building Superintendent in Kansas City, MO to lead field operations on assigned projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality. The role covers planning, supervision of subcontractors, and coordination of site activities across manufacturing facilities, hangers, grading, and utilities.

You will manage daily field operations, enforce safety standards, review drawings, track progress, and document QA/QC, turning plans into on-time, within-budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of construction management or craft supervision on similar projects.
• Associate’s degree with 9+ years of construction management or craft supervision experience.
• High School Diploma with 11+ years of construction management or craft supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building of MFG facilities, hangers, site grading, concrete, utilities, vertical construction, TI buildouts, mechanical, and electrical.
• Supervise safety, productivity, materials usage, scheduling, design, and contractual performance.
• Manage subcontractor compliance and self-perform activities as needed.
• Develop client and subcontractor relationships and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Review QA/QC documentation, inspection logs, and as-built drawings.
• Support turnover packages and project procedures with management input.
