Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration while coordinating with superintendents and key stakeholders.

This role requires traveling nationwide to sites, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will build strong owner and design-team relationships and lead project meetings with clear, data-driven

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of industrial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Lead project planning, procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure efficient field operations and adherence to project schedules.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, buyout, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support project teams in achieving schedule, quality, and profitability objectives.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Preferred Background

• Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, energy, processing, or large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to travel full‑time and work on project sites nationwide.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills.
