Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects in the Midwest. You will oversee field operations from mobilization through closeout and coordinate subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule on complex builds.

Qualifications

• Experience serving as a Superintendent on large commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to manage all field operations from mobilization through closeout.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, self-perform trades, and project schedules.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing and site logistics.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Experience leading safety meetings and enforcing site safety standards.

Job Details

• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel to project sites as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
