Job summary

Hunt Companies seeks a Traveling Project Manager to oversee construction management across multiple large-scale building and site development projects. Reporting to the Director of Construction, you will coordinate bidding, inspections, and construction with a focus on quality within schedule and budget.

You will lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and contract management, while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline.
• Equivalent proficiency required.
• Five to seven years of professional experience in construction, development or engineering with project management, development processes and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage all aspects of multiple large-scale building and site development projects.
• Develop and present a comprehensive project plan to sponsors and management.
• Lead planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and problem solving.
• Monitor contractor performance and adjust schedules or costs as needed.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials, equipment, or resources.
• Assure project quality, schedule adherence, and cost control.
• Provide timely status updates to teams, management, and sponsors.
• Promote safety programs and policies.
