• Lead planning, resourcing, staffing, reporting, and problem solving for projects.
• Monitor contractor performance and advise on schedule or cost changes.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources to meet milestones.
• Prepare reports for management and stakeholders and maintain client relations.
