Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. seeks a Traveling Project Manager to support its construction department, reporting to the Director of Construction.

You will oversee construction management for the project and team, coordinating bidding, inspections, and construction activities to ensure quality within schedule and budget. You will plan and manage multiple large-scale building and site development projects, develop proposals, manage staffing and progress, and maintain strong client/subcontractor relations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline required.
5–7 years of professional construction, development, or engineering experience with strong project management, development processes and budgeting.
5 years of management experience.
Experience in planning and construction of large-scale building, residential development, and major sitework projects.

Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and manage all aspects of multiple large-scale building and site development projects, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop and present comprehensive project plans to sponsors and management; obtain approvals.
Lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
