Hunt Companies is seeking a Traveling Project Manager to oversee construction management across projects, reporting to the Director of Construction. The role emphasizes schedule adherence, budget control, and high-quality construction outcomes, with emphasis on coordinating bids, inspections, and contracts.

You will drive plan development, manage resources, and foster client and subcontractor relationships while ensuring safety and compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline.
• Equivalent proficiency acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage multiple large-scale building and site development projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and present a comprehensive project plan to sponsors and management; obtain approvals.
• Lead planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and risk management.
• Monitor contractor performance and adjust schedule or resources as needed.
• Oversee schedules, ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare project reports and communicate status to stakeholders.
